A great soup day~ So decided to make Jacobs favorite [and mine too!].
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, [I put them in whole, once cooked I remove and shred]
- 2 cartons [dairy-soy-wheat-free] chicken broth
- 1 bag baby carrots, cut in half
- 1 bunch of celery- cut up
- salt, pepper, ginger powder, and tsp+ of fresh minced ginger
- 1/2+ of long grain brown rice
Onion could be added to this too- but if I hope to get my older son to eat it- I have to omit them! 😉 Enjoy!!
