“We are constantly searching for new and safe foods. What separates us from other natural and health food stores is that we provide you with information cards for each product that identifies specific ingredients the product is made without, as well as information regarding the manufacturing environment. We obtain this information from an extensive allergen questionnaire we send to manufacturers of the products we sell.  We do the homework…you do the shopping with confidence. We offer you the widest selection of foods to meet your special dietary needs. While the store name refers to allergy free foods, many of the foods are formulated to meet the needs of other individuals with unique food requirements.”

As all parents of food allergy kids know when you first get the diagnosis you are overwhelmed with the thought of keeping your kid safe from food. Well my second thought was this can’t be happening because I am supposed to be the Mom that makes the best homemade treats like chocolate chip cookies. This book does not disappoint. It is full of easy to follow recipes using ingredients that everyone already has in their pantry. Thanks to Kelly Rudnicki I am able to fulfill my dreams of making tasty and beautiful homemade baked goods for my family.
